EVENING OF LAUGHS
Evening of Laughs will take place on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Alderlea in Brampton with special performances by Evan Carter and Simon Rakoff.
Doors open at 6:15 p.m., dinner and non-alcoholic beverages are included and a cash bar is available. There will also be a silent-auction for bidders throughout the evening.
Money raised will go to purchasing new wheelchairs for
Peel Memorial and the Brampton Civic Hospital.
Tickets cost $90.00 per person.

About Evan Carter
Evan Carter is a stand-up comedian who was born, raised and still lives in Toronto. Evan has worked on numerous television shows, including his own half hour specials on CBC and the Comedy Network. On radio, Evan appears regularly on CBC's Metro Morning, Fresh Air, Later the Same Day, LOL and the Debaters. He invites the audience to sit back, relax, and share a good hard laugh at life.
About Simon Rakoff
Simon Rakoff has been a comedian since 1978. His act is well crafted and thought provoking, making audiences laugh across the country. He has performed at Montreal's Just for Laughs festival, Halifax Ha!, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival and more. Simon has appeared on innumerable Canadian shows and had his own special on CBC. He is also the frequent voice on national radio shows including The Debaters, Madly Off in All Directions, Definitely Not the Opera and As it Happens.
